The MN CD E&T Project goals are to create a web based CD E&T coordination platform, as well as new E&T initiatives in order to fulfil NATO’s and Nations’ shortfalls in this area.

The project is being developed in several phases and we are now working phases 1 and 2 in order to first define the required competencies & skills so that we can then derive the corresponding E&T requirements.

These phases are being synchronized and coordinated with the Training Requirements and Needs Analysis led by ACT.
